A little bit embarrassing, this bug has shown from the Intrepid and not fixed until 10.10 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/nautilus/+bug/290136). I did the trick but nothing's happened :(. Because the problem arose after I installed gthumb2, I uninstalled it then. And then I looked up on the mimeapps.list
$ sudo vim ~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list
Change this line
inode/directory=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop;gthumb.desktop;
to
inode/directory=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop;Restart, and that's it.
